To restore, we will extract WordPress and its corresponding database from your backup, remove broken WordPress from existing account and restore WordPress back into its place.
To transfer we will extract WordPress and its corresponding database from your backup, copy WordPress and its database to your new web host, change domains (if necessary) and switch your domain name servers (if necessary)
